Cradick Retail has successfully let a purpose built gym premises in this brand new district within Ebbsfleet Garden City. The gym space is arranged over three floors and sits within a block comprising a Morrisons supermarket, a café, a nursery and 83 residential units. Further phases of the project will provide a new civic hub and over 44,000 sq ft of high street retail.
