LAND AT WATERBROOK PARK, ASHFORD
08 Apr 2025Cradick Retail is delighted to have advised Aldi on the acquisition of land at Waterbrook Park in Ashford, and is looking forward to seeing the new store that is set to be built on the site.
The discount supermarket chain is planning to open around 30 new stores in 2025, and Cradick Retail continues to seek suitable sites for their expanding network. Aldi’s standard requirement in the south-east is for a 19,500 sq ft store with 100 customer car parking spaces. Sites of at least 1.5 acres are required with a preference for freehold opportunities. Leasehold sites will also be considered.
