Cradick Retail is on a mission to find suitable sites for the chain’s future stores. Its requirements include:

Ground floor leasehold retail premises of 900-14,00 sq ft

Designated or easily accessed free parking

Affluent catchment areas

Proximity to destination retailers or service providers
